52 in 2010

Some may call me crazy, but in addition to my 30 Before 30 list I’m making a list of 52 things to do in 2010. Don’t yell at me just yet…there’s no craziness and I’m combining lists.

What can I say? I’m loving the lists right now. It’s a fun, quick, and practical way to remember things I’ve wanted to do but haven’t gotten around to it or forgot about.

Dang it Jess! Stop making these lists!!!! I’m not sure if I can keep up with you- I’m still working on my 30 before 30…but I am going to post my goals for 2010…so maybe I’ll sit down and do this one…but I don’t want to ‘overgoal’ myself….dang. I love lists. Sigh.

PS- I will go to Blue Dog with you- my friend Emily (the one who came to the cookie exchange) says it’s really good! We should walk there one Saturday….when it’s warmer.

Lists are really fun! Why? Not so sure. But, yeah, we should totally go to Blue Dog. A friend of ours works there and vouches for its tasty albeit priceyness.

Hey Jessica,

This is Beth from Village Manor. I think I found your blog through your email tag? At any rate, just wanted to let you know a few things based on this list:

-The Blue Dog Bakery is yummy, but pricey! I don’t think it’s worth the price, ultimately, but lots of people disagree with me — and you should definitely try it once. I can’t believe Wes (my hubs) and I have lived here for 2.5 years and still have so many places to try. I quickly get stuck in a rut!

-The Village Manor has a huge garden over by the V building, and you can “rent” a plot for a season for $10. Come to the office this spring if you’re interested. :)

-I have tossed around the idea of trying to run a 5k, too… but I hate exercising, so I’m not consistent. I can barely run a mile without wanting to die. I should change this in 2010!

-If you find a pair of practical AND cute winter boots, I would love to know what they are. :)

I like your blog!

Beth
